Yesterday at Comic Con it was announced that Batman would be appearing in the Man of Steel sequel. This is like the biggest news since George Lucas sold Star Wars to Disney! And it is still in rumour stage as to what the news with what the plot will be about. But I love the idea of these two huge egos in the same movie. These two heroes combine to form the same amount of personality that was in the first Avengers movie. Yes I said it.
I would love for them to both just absolutely loath each other and go head to head throughout the whole film. Batman and Superman are so different that I can honestly see Batman being the 'villain' of the story. Well at least the opposing force of the whole thing. I mean obviously it'll be Superman's movie (being a sequel to Man of Steel) but Batman can come in as someone who challenges him in ways he was not challenged in the first film. This is great news and I am glad my ideas seem to have coincidently been reality. I did say:
'They should reintroduce Batman in a Batman & Superman crossover film after a Man of Steel sequel.'
But I got the crossover bit right I guess.
This film should strictly not relate to Nolan's trilogy and introduce a brand new actor to play Batman. Thanks for reading and send me a tweet!
